Contemporary information and communication technologies are contributing to a new period of rapid social innovation.  The 2009 ENTECH Nonprofit Technology conference will focus on opportunities for social collaboration afforded by these new technologies. How the concepts of collaboration and barter apply to the nonprofit sector;
Reasons for engaging in collaboration and barter as well as some cautions;
The circumstances and principles under which collaboration and barter can help nonprofits achieve their mission; and
Decision-making processes that can help nonprofits determine when conditions may be right for collaboration.
