In this hands-on workshop that's tailored to the needs of local nonprofits, you will learn the different components of an organizational Evaluation Plan:

Inventory Your Reporting Requirements
Set Measurable Goals, Outcomes
Collect the Right Data from the Right Sources
Align Program and Staff Activities
Align Budget
Track & Manage Information
Review & Report Actual Outcomes
Showcase Results & Successes
 
You will start right away, with simple tools and steps, to develop your organization's own Evaluation Plan.  A solid organizational Evaluation Plan can make your programs more effective, increase their impact on participants, and positively position your organization for future funding opportunities.
