This hands-on workshop guides you in completing the necessary forms to become a 501(c)(3), including Articles of Incorporation, Application for Employer Identification Number (Form SS-4), and Application for Recognition of Exemption (Form 1023), as well as developing specific organizational by-laws. “Orientation to Starting a Nonprofit: To Be or Not to Be” is a recommended prerequisite.
