This workshop prepares the supervisor with tools and methods for implementing a year-round feedback system.  This highly interactive course includes ample opportunity to practice using the tools and techniques provided.  Obtaining input from others, preparing feedback, and giving feedback are covered.  Instructor:  Ken Buck
