It's important to get beyond the buzz surrounding collaboration to discover
how it might be the best thing that could happen for your organization - if
approached and structured with an eye toward long-term success.

Attendees will walk away with clarity around the concepts, questions to ask
to help determine what makes sense, and ideas for action. Session cost
includes seminar, materials and morning refreshments. The session is led by
Melanie Schmidt, principal of Timpano Consulting. Melanie started her
consulting practice in 2003 to help people connect the dots between
ideology, strategy, systems, implementation and progress. As a creative
facilitator and strategy consultant, she brings over 16 years of experience
working with complex organizations, including state government agencies,
international corporations, faith-based organizations and nonprofits of
varying sizes in various sub-sectors.
