The leadership of a nonprofit organization radiates from a unique partnership between the Executive Director and Board President, working in tandem to fulfill their joint and separate responsibilities. For this partnership to work, it is important to understand the differences between management and governance, to clearly delineate Board and staff responsibilities and keep the lines of communication open.

She provides fundraising campaign management, training and coaching for staff and volunteers, as well as marketing studies and strategic planning for non-profit organizations, from local grassroots to those national in scope.
