Fewer than half of all communities have even begun to address the issues presented by their aging citi- 
zens. Has yours? Has your agency? JABA, one of 600 Area Agency on Aging organizations and one of 25 
in Virginia, is the recipient of a “Livable Communities for All Ages” award from the USDHHS. Gordon will 
be representing Just Partners, Inc. (JPI), a 501(c) 3 nonprofit consulting firm that partners with clients to 
create strategies and products for measurable, sustainable social change and improved organizational re- 
sults. He is a principle in the creation of JPI’s Viable Futures Toolkit.  Age Wave Planning comes out of 
their Viable Futures Center.
