This teleseminar is an hour-long introduction to routes to financial stability for nonprofit organizations.  Among the topics to be covered are fees for service, entrepreneurial business ventures and new donor acquisition.  It is presented by Laurence A. Pagnoni.  LAPA consulting combines organizational management and fundraising services. Their consultants have run nonprofit agencies.  They work to identify areas in your organization that need change and make management recommendations that also address fundraising dilemmas----and that have lasting, positive impact.
