09/22/2009 - 6:00pm

Where: Pyle Center, AT&T Lounge, 702 Langdon Street, Madison
Parking is available for a fee at the Lake Street parking ramp on the UW campus.

What: Collaboration is among the many concepts being promoted, discussed and debated as a necessity for nonprofits. Successful collaborative efforts often hinge on a shared understanding of what it means, aligned objectives, and clear expectations among the various stakeholders involved and impacted.

Nonprofit staff, Board members, funders and community leaders will engage in a conversation about the role of nonprofit collaboration and opportunities for moving it forward in the best interest of our nonprofits and our communities. Melanie Schmidt, principal of Timpano Consulting, will set the stage and facilitate the conversation.

You can become a part of the session, too, by answering a very short survey at: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB229K92DZTET.

Hosted by the UW-Madison Center for Nonprofits.
