Your nonprofit organization must have a board of directors that is committed to the mission with substantial leadership skills and expertise. This workshop provides the tools and information for increasing the effectiveness of your board of directors.  Topics include proven techniques and approaches for board assessment, resources for enhancing board effectiveness, and designing a board development plan. You also receive a copy of the Compact Guide to Board Development.
