Annual planning is readily achieved by smaller organizations, and may either be led by, or take the place of a strategic plan. The annual plan allows an organization to place its actions in the context of its full fiscal year, and usually involves committees, as well as the full Board and staff.

Instructor:
Angela Rester has more than 30 years experience working with nonprofit organizations in staff, consultant and volunteer roles. She specializes in helping organizations to identify strengths and plan for change and growth.
