Child Care Resource & Referral, Chris Bzdon (Executive Director, 815-741-1163) As part of a statewide system, CCR&R is dedicated to improving the quality and availability of child care services. In previous years, CCR&R had experienced tremendous growth and was faced with additional opportunities, while adjusting to an ever-changing business environment. As a result, Growth Strategies was engaged to conduct a strategic planning process to examine current trends, identify needs and opportunities, assess internal operations, and help focus their efforts. The resulting vision, mission and goals were supported by long-term strategies, measurable objectives and detailed project plans to facilitate implementation efforts.
